CA Pradeep Jogi is the Founder and Partner of Pradeep Jogi & Co, a dynamic firm offering comprehensive auditing, accounting, taxation, and financial advisory services to clients across diverse industries. A Fellow Member (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2013 and has over 11 years of experience in the profession.

Pradeep specializes in Indirect Taxation, Income Tax, ROC Compliance, and Management Consultancy. He holds additional certifications from ICAI in Concurrent Audit of Banks and Information Systems Audit (DISA), enhancing his expertise in financial and risk advisory.
Beyond his professional practice, CA Pradeep Jogi is actively engaged in the development of the accounting profession. He has contributed significantly through leadership roles in the ICAI Udupi Branch (SIRC) and the Karnataka State Chartered Accountants Association (KSCAA).

His commitment to professional excellence, ethical practice, and knowledge-sharing drives him to mentor aspiring professionals and contribute to the growth of the Chartered Accountancy community. Senior Partner – CA K. Bhoja Shetty, B.Com, LLB, FCA

CA K.B. Shetty is a highly esteemed Senior Partner at Pradeep Jogi & Co, bringing over five decades of extensive experience in banking, finance, and audit. A Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), he qualified in 1970 and has since played a significant role in the banking sector, corporate governance, and financial advisory.

From 1972 to 2002, he served Vijaya Bank, a Nationalized Bank, in various senior capacities, ultimately retiring as General Manager. Recognized for his expertise in risk management, compliance, and financial oversight, he was deputed by the Government of India as Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) at State Bank of Patiala (1995-1998), where he played a critical role in ensuring transparency and regulatory adherence at the bank.

Post-retirement, he further strengthened his association with the financial sector, contributing to a reputed CA firm in Mumbai, from 2002 to 2019. He also served as a partner in a CA firm at Bangalore, bringing valuable insights into banking audits, credit risk evaluation, and financial restructuring.

Currently, as a Senior Partner at Pradeep Jogi & Co., Udupi, CA K.B. Shetty specializes in banking advisory, concurrent audits, forensic audits, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. His vast experience in bank management, credit policies, and risk assessment makes him an invaluable asset to the firm and its clients.

Beyond professional practice, he has served as a director in various Government-owned limited companies, Regional Rural Banks, and Housing Banks. Currently, he holds the position of Independent Director at a listed company in Manipal, where he continues to contribute his financial and governance expertise.

As a Partner at Pradeep Jogi & Co, he plays a key role in providing strategic financial advisory and corporate finance solutions to businesses across various industries.

His expertise includes business restructuring, project feasibility analysis, and financial planning, assisting clients in making informed financial decisions.
